Welcome to the BoardGamingTees affiliate program! We make shirts for the people who turn “Want to play something?” into an entire evening. We’re glad you’re joining us.

Follow these five steps to get started.

1. Find your affiliate link and discount code

Your approval email, titled “New collab with BoardGamingTees,” includes your personal referral link, discount code, and commission details. Save it for easy reference.

You can also find them in Shopify Collabs:

1. Select Collabs from the left menu and open BoardGamingTees.
2. On the Benefits tab, scroll to Store link & code.
3. Click the copy icon beside your referral link or discount code.

Use your referral link when sharing the store. Include your discount code so your audience knows how to claim their offer at checkout.

Under Commission & discount, you can check what you earn and what your audience receives. Your current offer gives customers 10% off their entire order, limited to one use per customer, and earns you 15% commission on any product.

2. Choose a design that fits your audience

Start with a shirt that feels relevant to the people who follow you. Think about their gaming habits: hosting game night, collecting games, heading to conventions, or enjoying a quiet solo session.

One design with a thoughtful introduction gives you plenty to work with. Explain what caught your attention and why your audience might appreciate it.

3. Grab the resources you need

Explore this page for ready-to-use images, banners, captions, and newsletter copy. Our Shirt & Brand Fact Sheet provides details you can use when writing your own content.

Use the copy as a starting point and make it sound like you. Your audience already knows your voice—that’s part of what makes your recommendation valuable.

If you haven’t tried a shirt yourself, you can still share a favorite design. Save comments about how it feels, fits, or washes for your own firsthand experience.

4. Publish your first introduction

Choose the format that fits naturally into your content: a social post, a newsletter mention, a website banner, or a section in a relevant article.

Before publishing:

• Include your personal affiliate link.
• Add your discount code if you have one, and explain the current offer accurately.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where readers will see it.
• Check product details against the fact sheet and current product page.
• Open your link to make sure it leads to the intended page.

A plain-language disclosure could read: “I’m a BoardGamingTees affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

5. See what connects

Select Analytics from the left menu in Shopify Collabs to view your BoardGamingTees results, including visits, sales, conversion rate, and earned commission.

Pay attention to which posts generate interest and purchases, then build on what connects with your audience. Reviews and gift guides can continue bringing readers to your affiliate link long after publication.

For more detailed reports on top sellers and links, Shopify directs creators to the Collabs mobile app. Commission amounts may change when orders are refunded or canceled.

Create content that helps people choose

Product reviews and gift guide features are especially valuable because they reach people who are actively deciding what to buy.

Product reviews: If you’ve tried one of our shirts, share your experience with the fit, fabric, print, and how it holds up after washing. Include your own photos, the size you chose, and what you like about the design. Specific, honest observations help readers decide whether it’s right for them.

Gift guides: Feature a shirt in a guide to gifts for board gamers, game night hosts, solo gamers, or convention fans. Explain who you’d choose it for and why that particular design fits their personality or gaming habits.

Social posts and banners are useful for introducing the brand. Reviews and gift guides give interested readers more reasons to purchase—and can keep bringing people to your affiliate link long after you publish.
